Great location. Easily walkable to local restaurants and bars. Room was modern and clean. They even clean the room each day and leave fresh towels and amenities. You don’t see that very much anymore. Just wish they had free WiFi.

Easy check-in process. Big, clean room, handicap accessible. Lobby, coffee shop/restaurant area and conference area very dirty. Great location for easy walk to major sightseeing sites. Cafe Nero nearby is excellent. Reasonable self-parking pricing; parking easily accessible to hotel.

Staff was excellent. We were able to check in 3 hours early. That night when I called the front desk to find out where they here was a vending machine or water fountain they sent 4 bottle of water. The only downfall was our room was above the highway & it sounded like the a race track on Saturday night for a few hours. That’s more a traffic police issue with Providence but notable.
