The Right Spot, tucked away in the heart of Mapua, a thoughtfully furnished home to create a spacious modern home for families or groups.
The open-plan living space is functional and comfortable, with wonderful indoor outdoor flow. It is spacious yet cosy, everyone will feel at home.
The house enjoys a central position with amenities close by. The Mapua Wharf is 450m and 300m to the Four Square, all the cafes, restaurants, excellent coffee, local shops and artisans all easy walking distance.
The large, open-plan living comprises the kitchen, dining area and lounge. The modern kitchen has plenty of prep space and from where you can keep an eye on the kids in the lounge or in the garden. There is everything you need to feel at home and cooking for the group will be a breeze.
The large dining table is central to this area seating up to 8 guests, perfect for family dinners.
In the lounge area there is plenty of seating for all of you to sit down and relax.
The patio and garden is a great space with dining table and chairs and a gas BBQ. It enjoys all day sun and is the perfect hang out on the bean bags with a good book.
