Bob's Harbor View is a charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat nestled near the picturesque Seven Mile Bridge. Boasting two spacious living areas, a well-appointed kitchen, two cozy bedrooms, and two convenient bathrooms, this home offers a delightful indoor-outdoor living experience. Upon entering through the carport, guests are welcomed into the first family room, adorned with a lofty vaulted ceiling and a cooling fan for those balmy days. There is a queen sleeper sofa in this room. Adjacent to this room lies a full bathroom and a laundry area, conveniently accessible from the expansive covered porch overlooking the canal. Ascend a small step to discover the second living room, equipped with a large flat-screen TV, cable, internet access, and a cozy dining space for four, complemented by an additional queen sleeper sofa. Just beyond, the open-concept kitchen offers views of the canal. Down the hallway, two bedrooms await, with the master bedroom featuring a queen bed and the guest bedroom offering a full (double) bed. However, the true highlight of this home is the sprawling back porch, where guests can savor the tranquil ambiance of the canal. Complete with a freezer for storing freshly caught seafood, a spacious gas grill for outdoor cooking, a dining table accommodating four or more, and plush lounge chairs for relaxation, this area is destined to become the focal point of your stay.

Max vehicles allowed: Two - depending on size. The parking is very limited. The property has very limited dock space so please verify if a boat or jet ski will fit and if the trailer will fit before booking. No RVs or motorhomes. Boat dock is 20ft or less.

Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. There is very limited dock space, and no real trailer parking. Please note that some properties will have boat lifts at the docks. Some homes will have boats on the lifts where others will be empty. Boat lifts are not for guest use. If you are found to have touched the lift you will be charged a fine up to $300.

This property is dog friendly so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking - dogs under 50lbs only. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable.
