Property was a good place to stay for the keys, and the host was easy to work with. It does not sleep 6 however, and even my young son couldn’t bear the pull out sofa bed which was thin and far from a level comfortable sleeping surface. I’d suggest updating the listing or replacing the downstairs bed to an actual double futon with some comfort to advertise 6 instead of 4. The property could also use some attention with outdoor chairs falling apart. Overall nice except for these care issues.

Slice of heaven

Clean. Well-appointed. Everything about this was exactly what we were looking for. Super quiet. My wife rented a stand up paddle board from Marathon. She was able to go right off the back deck and glide. There was very little water traffic. So peaceful and beautiful. Iguanas came out to sunbathe on the bushes in the afternoon.

Stay at Duck Key

We had a great stay. Everything was as advertised. It was a great location for our first stay in the Key's. There was a Publics grocery just few miles away on Marathon Key. The location allowed us to easily explore the Key's in both direction. There are some great restaurants within easy driving distance. We had everything we needed to cook a few meal at the condo. I would highly recommend staying at this location, and would stay there again.

Great Local away from the Keys

Right outside Marathon close the all the needs you want. Nice drive to the Keys and back from the condo. Price was right. Complete kitchen nice common area and back porch and sunset. Rooms were a little small but workable with individual baths for each room. Quiet and lots of lizards for your entertainment in the morning on the back porch.

Relaxing and Gorgeous views

My husband and I traveled with our son (6) for our first Keys trip the first week of April. The rental was comfortable with a full kitchen for our own cooking and everything was clean. The view is perfection and the deck is steps away from the water. We were able to fish and enjoy the beautiful sunsets right outside the place. The location is quiet enough with alot of families but close to shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back and Frank was easy to contact. Great adventure!

Great view and fishing fun!

My hubby and I brought our boys, 9 and 11, for some relaxation in January. Great space, full kitchen, clean, comfortable bed in each of the 2 rooms, 2.5 baths, living room and back porch. View is amazing, and property is beautifully maintained w palms and grass we could walk barefoot through. Good parking and easy to come and go on foot or w a car. Fished right out the backyard and caught some fish and a shark. Lived this villa and area and will be back.

Best kept secret ***

We had a great stay on Duck Key. Restaurants within 15 minutes, groceries, and shopping. It is secluded in a quiet key, and not a bunch of tourist attractions. We fished out back and caught an 8’ nurse shark one night. Beds were very comfy, and it was very clean!!!

Glad we stayed here.

This was our first trip to the Keys and we are glad we found this place. It is a clean, well maintained property that is not too far from good places to eat and get groceries. The water behind the unit has a variety of sea creatures you might see such as dolphins, manatees, lobsters and fish. There is a nice sandy beach area near one end that is very peaceful. We swam and snorkeled in the water too, just be aware that the current is pretty strong at times so children should be accompanied by an adult who is also a good swimmer. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, everything worked, convenient Location for jet skiing snorkeling, Two restaurants, and a spa. Only minor downside is the walls are kind of thin so you can hear your neighbors and they can hear you.

2nd stay here perfect property clean well stocked kitchen . Comfy living room love the back deck PERFECT spot for sunset. Beautiful place, safe neighborhood, great view

This was one of our favorite places to stay! Duck Key is charming, a great place for jogging, seeing lots of fish and even spiny lobsters right in the water just steps from the back patio. We had elderly relatives with us and they had trouble with the steep stairs, but it was perfect for us.
