Professionally Decorated - Large Boat Slip - This Villa Is A Must Stay !!

Thank you for taking the time to learn about Villa 14 at Coral Lagoon Resort & Marina. Built in 2007, this two story 3 BR /2.5 BA is simply stunning and a MUST stay for your next vacation. Professionally decorated. With only the finest of linens, pillows, and bedding this is the most comfortable rental in the Keys. Residence also has a 17' x 50' boat slip located at our onsite marina (slip 48) which includes full services such as boat ramp, fuel, water, ice, and power.

The lower level includes a large floor plan layout with a full service kitchen open to the dining and family room. Kitchen includes state of the art stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. All rooms enjoy a water view. The powder bathroom is conveniently located downstairs for guests. A pair of french doors at the rear of residence open to a large covered patio and the perfect retreat for your morning coffee.

The second level includes 3 bedrooms, 2 additional bathrooms and 2 private balconies. The master bedroom includes a private bathroom with walk - in shower, linen closet, and granite vanity tops. The room has two separate his and hers closets, cable TV, vaulted ceilings, and access to private balcony overlooking the waterway.

Second bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, vaulted ceilings, and a private balcony. Third bedroom has two (2) twin beds, closet, and vaulted ceilings. These two rooms share a bathroom off the hallway including tub / shower and granite vanity.

The residence has a private nearby heated pool great for the family and kids. There are numerous nearby amenities such as......local attractions, restaurants, drug stores, groceries, and bars. Our location is ideal for access to the ocean or the bay side (via Vaca Cut). Within minutes of leaving our marina you can be in the ocean or on the bay.

We arrived by boat and were immediately impressed by the friendly and helpful marina staff. The villas are conveniently located within view of our boat, making it easy to transport supplies back and forth. The area offers a true Caribbean island atmosphere—all without leaving the United States. Communication with the owner has always been excellent, with prompt and courteous responses. My family and I have stayed at this villa three times over the past four years, and each visit has been a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Wonderful Condo, Perfect Location

If you are coming to Marathon to boat this is the place to stay. Coral Lagoon has the most wonderful marina and private boat launch. It is tucked away but right near the Vaca cut, ideal to get back and forth between the ocean and bay sides easier. The condo is exactly as pictured, clean and modern with comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Thanks for a great stay!

Unit was clean and well stocked. Location was great. Bruce, the owner, responded quickly to any questions and was very easy to work with. FYI for anyone bringing a boat, the slip is in the public marina attached to the property. The slip behind the unit is not part of the rental property. All in all, we would definitely go back.

This was our second year staying in this development. Our first time staying in this house. The house is clean and well maintained. The development is right off the main road. There is a dock for your boad as well as a beautiful pool. We really had no complaints. The owner is a true gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely rent from them again.

We had a wonderful stay here over the Thanksgiving holiday. Marina is wonderful, super helpful and convenient. Less than an hour boat ride to several reefs for great snorkeling. Pool was heated and super clean and comfortable. Condo was clean and kitchen pretty well stocked. Would stay here again!

Perfect Stay

Our vacation at this beautiful comfortable row house was perfect! It was clean, well stocked in the kitchen, comfortable beds, new furniture in living room, and plenty of room for our family of six. We made use of both outdoor decks overlooking the picturesque canal. The place was just a few minutes drive from the Winn Dixie, Starbucks, restaurants, and water sports, etc. we would definitely stay here again. The hour plus drive from the Key West airport was worth it.
