The modern dining area features a stylish table with a mix of chairs and a bench for 4 guests. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, and ample storage, all while offering a beautiful view through its large window.



Bedroom:

A peaceful sanctuary featuring a 150cm double bed, bedside tables with lamps, and a large wardrobe. The highlight is the large window overlooking the sea, allowing you to enjoy the horizon from the comfort of your bed.



Bathroom:

A complete, elegant bathroom featuring a modern standing shower with a glass screen, a sink with storage underneath, a large mirror, and a toilet.



Balcony:

The "unmissable" feature of the property. This outdoor space offers wonderful views of the Marbella coast, perfect for relaxing with a coffee while feeling the sea breeze.



Building & Parking:

The flat is located in a classic 1970s residential building (please note the exterior does not reflect the modern interior). Guests have access to a communal tennis court and a garage with 40 parking spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Check-in: This property offers an in-person check-in starting at 5:00 PM. Please coordinate your arrival 24h in advance.



Check-out: Departure is before 11:00 AM.



Other things to note



House Rules: No smoking and no pets allowed. No groups of teenagers (minimum age of 25 for the primary guest). No parties or events allowed.



Quiet Hours: To ensure the tranquility of the community, quiet hours are observed from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.



Linens & Cleaning: Bed sheets, towels, and hygiene products are included. Beach towels are not provided.



Laundry: The unit is equipped with a washing machine and ironing facilities.
