Two-bedroom newly furnished modern apartment situated close to Puerto Banus (10 - 15 min walk to Puerto Banus) in the ideally located Urb. La Dama de Noche. The property has its own a private garden, with maintained landscape and large orange tree with ample production during winter. The community has 6 Padel Tennis Courts (Free of charge), playground for kids, 2 large swimming pools (open during the summer) and a cosy restaurant serving lunch and dinners daily. It is ideally suited for couples and families wanting a relaxing holiday in the Sun, while having the world famous Puerto Banús conveniently close by. Great for golfers, La Dama de Noche is located next to a short 18 hole course called Banús Golf, and is only a short drive from a number of other fantastic golf courses.

THE APARTMENT


The apartment is modern and has recently been furnished. A fully equipped NEW kitchen was fitted in 2018 with all the mod cons you need for a perfect family holiday: fridge freezer, oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee grinder/maker and microwave and iron. Our property is great for the social chef as it has a hatch looking out on to the open plan living area with a super entertainment system with SMART TV (with Netflix, Amazon Prime and other apps) receiving ALL European channels and many other languages (200+ European channels) and that all-important high-speed wifi (300 MB). The lounge has patio doors that lead out onto the terrace and private garden for dining or relaxing. Landscaping care included in the rental.

The main bedroom has a kingsize bed with en-suite bath and mosquito nets at the windows. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and mosquito nets. There is also a family bathroom. The lounge has a sofa bed so we can accommodate up to 6 guests if required, ideally to help accommodate a family. Groups of friends are welcome but restricted to 4 adults only. Dining tables can accommodate 6 adults, also a patio dining with all necessary outdoor dinner plates/cutlery.

The apartment has central air conditioning, ceiling fans in every room, plus mosquito nets on all windows.
