We arrived at the hotel, only to find out there’s actually no amenities or facilities open, this wasn’t communicated by Expedia or the hotel, which straight away during the winter months where spa, saunas etc are used heavily due to the colder temperatures ensure this holiday wasn’t relaxing, add to that during the 5 nights we had to change rooms 4 times, the 1st time was due to a link above the bed, the 2nd time was due to the drainage on the bathroom being blocked which meant on arrival the room absolutely stunk, so again the manager was not happy we where moved there and then moved us again, only to a top that was infested with ants, at this stage or relaxing holiday was far from it, to pack and unpack 3 times and now a 4th time was painful, so off we go to the next room, I requested to cancel the next 2 nights but wouldn’t be remboursed they told us, this shouldn’t be happening when paying this kind of money for a stay, the hotel staff where very apologetic but that’s easy when you’ve already paid up front for your stay - this hotel should be investigated

Breakfast really isn’t worth having, the quality is terrible, one ate once in 5 nights, the hotel really should be an adults only as some sights and clients are not appropriate for under 18 viewing and sadly despite advertising air conditioning, we have no control so despite complaining rooms are too hot on an evening, even in January so you need the patio doors open, then it’s too noisy with toad noise or loud party people, sadly we had a crazy person next door to us screaming down the phone until 3.30 am then blasting and singing along to very loud music until 4.15 am, after 3 nights of pain we asked for a refund on last 2 nights which was declined so forced to stay in hotel, positive - staff were brilliant, room switched so last 2 nights just the heat issue - will definately not return or recommend, shame really as ambiance at reception and pool area is lovely

Overall the hotel was great, 4 minutes in a taxi to the marina (only 5 euros) and breakfast offered a wide range of food in abundance. We did experience issues with the wristbands not working preventing access to the room, however we requested to move rooms and this was arranged speedily Unfortunately this happened again following the move, the wristbands appeared to fail following the cleaner attending. We reported this again and we’re given fresh wristbands and complimentary drinks. Staff were responsive and attentive so our overall experience was good and I would stay here again.
