Just a 12-minute walk from Cabopino beaches and port, this spacious, fully air-conditioned townhouse is distributed over four floors. The living room opens directly onto a sunny terrace with gated access to the communal pools, and there is also a secure, gated front garden.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven/hob, coffee maker, and kettle, along with a convenient serving counter to the large indoor dining table for cooler evenings. A large flat-screen TV offers a wide variety of international channels, and there is a music player for connecting electronic devices, as well as excellent Wi-Fi service. On the ground floor entry level, you will find a guest toilet (useful for those using the double sofa bed). Upstairs on the first floor, there are two bathrooms (one ensuite) and two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds). For those seeking private sunbathing, there is an additional terrace on the top floor, while younger guests can enjoy the ping pong table and dart board in the basement.



This house is an ideal holiday home, located in a peaceful area but within easy walking distance to bars, restaurants, the port, and bus stops to nearby towns. Directly in front of the house is a small café/restaurant and a souvenir shop/minimarket. Golfers will appreciate the proximity to Cabopino Golf course, just a short drive away, with many other golf clubs and driving ranges nearby. Guests under 30 years of age are not permitted. No parties, hen, or stag groups allowed. A damage deposit is payable in cash and refundable on the day of departure after inspection of the property.
