Superb 1 bedroom penthouse apartment with sea and mountain views, centrally located in the newly renovated Golden Banús urbanisation. With shops, restaurants, supermarkets, pool clubs, and the world famous Puerto Banús all within short walking distance, guests will easily be able to explore all that Marbella has to offer.
The property has been fully redecorated, providing guests with a stylish, comfortable and fabulous property to call their holiday home. Air conditioning (hot and cold), fast unlimited fibre optic WIFI, and bedding/towels all included.
Inside the property guests will find a well equipped kitchen, a spacious living room and terrace, and a bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen has everything needed for those guests wanting to cook and entertain from home, equipped with all the appliances and utensils expected of a quality rental property.
The living room is freshly furnished, providing guests a comfortable sofa (sofa bed sleeping 1 adult or 2 children)facing a smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), and dining area with seating for 2. The large exterior terrace offers guests 180 degree views of the sea and surrounding mountain, and is furnished with a gas bbq,an alfresco dining area (seating for 4) and 2 sun beds.
