Super 1-bedroom apartment on the 5th floor of Block C in Edificio Skol, in the centre of Marbella surrounded by bars, restaurants and all the city´s services. This East-facing apartment has a private terrace with good sea and beach views and sun in the morning.
Accommodation comprises: living/dining room with flat-screen TV, a relaxing sofa-bed for 2 people, modern open-plan kitchen, bedroom with two single beds together and fitted wardrobe; and a fully tiled bathroom with luxury shower.
