The popular Skol Building lies 50m from the famous Puerto Deportivo, and is surrounded by fine-dining restaurants, bars, and shops.

Accommodation comprises: lift access; on the bottom floor, large living/dining room with full height windows allowing maximum light; doors to the lovely terrace; compact fitted kitchen with hob, microwave, washing machine, etc. bathroom with shower.

On the top floor, master bedroom with amazing views; second bedroom with twin beds; and separate bathroom with shower over bath.
