House Eni is a completely fenced private small house and is located in Marčana, Istria, Croatia, on suburb of the village.
This unique place has a style of its own. Made in industrial style from old motorcycle parts, stickers, posters, frames, banners... It is one kitchen, dining, living and sleeping space with a double bed (160x200cm) underneath, and a gallery with another double sleeping space (160x200cm). The inside space is 38m2, it is air-conditioned, WiFi covered, bathroom with shower and washing machine.
There's parking in front of the house for a car and more public parking outside in the quiet street. There is a private covered terrace with barbecue area, and a sitting lounge.
This unique place has a style of its own. Made in industrial style from old motorcycle parts, stickers, posters, frames, banners...
Marčana is not typical tourist place, so it is not ideal place for everybody expecting typical tourist shops etc... It is a rural area, a common village near Pula city. Distance from the Sea is 8km, distance from city Pula is 13km. Only 5 minutes from Pula airport (PUY) by car. Transfer can be arranged to or from the airport (we can recommend a low price local transfer service), or you can call for Uber. Neighborhood is a suburb of a village - houses in a row, yet close to the store (400 meters). Quiet surroundings. The village Marčana itself has about 1000 inhabitants. There are small stores for buy food and essentials, fast food, post office, bank, ATM machine, cafe bars, flower shop.
