The house stands in beautiful surroundings, near the border with Luxembourg, in the Ardennes Roy. Various cycling and walking routes can be found in this region, as well as nice places such as La Roche, Durbuy, Marche, Rochefort and Bastogne. The nearest restaurants and shops are 3 km away. The gîte is located on the first floor of an old farmhouse and is accessible by stairs. Relax with a good book on the covered terrace or light up the barbecue for a pleasant afternoon in the enclosed, sunny garden. In the lounge area you can enjoy an aperitif by the fire. The well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your favourite dishes and Wi-Fi is available in the house. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. A utilities & service fee of EUR 70,00 will be required closer to your checkin date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The utilities & service fee ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during the stay.
