Tranquility and spectacular views

Recently completely renovated, the apartment has two bedrooms, one double and one with two beds. The kitchen / living room has a fully equipped oven and coffee machine included. You can dine on the covered terrace which has a table, chairs and a wonderful view. Outdoor barbecue. With a walk in the wood you can reach the splendid Cala beach in about 30/40 minutes. The price does NOT include bed u. bath linen which can be provided and the costs is Euro20/person/week
We also have pellet heating which in autumn / winter could serve.

Anna and Mario live upstairs and can give you any information about beaches and walks.

Die wunderschöne Ferienwohnung ist in den Bergen von Marciana gelegen und bietet einen tollen Ausblick aufs Meer. Die Ruhe und Idylle lädt auf der großzügigen und liebevoll gestalteten Terrasse zum Entspannen ein. Die Wohnung bietet große, gemütlich, rustikal eingerichtete Zimmer. Die Küche ist sehr üppig ausgestattet, die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Sauberkeit der gesamten Wohnung ist 1A. Die herzlich netten Vermieter, Anna und Mario, wohnen oberhalb der Wohnung und versorgten uns mit frischen Tomaten und Zitronen aus dem eigenen Garten sowie frischem Quellwasser. Wir erhielten den Kontakt zu Silvia, welche deutsch spricht und uns ganz viele Tipps zu Sehrnswürdigkeiten etc. gegeben hat. Insgesamt hatten wir eine erholsame, herzliche und wunderschöne Zeit.Die Wohnung liegt auf etwa 600 Höhenmeter im Gebirge von Marciana, sodass man einen überwältigenden Ausblick auf das Meer hat. Die umliegenden Strände erreicht man am besten mit dem Auto oder mit dem Bus.Elba bietet landschaftlich viel Abwechslung und lädt zum Wander, Schnorcheln oder einfach Chillen ein.

Dream holiday home

We had a wonderful holiday. Everything is perfect. The covered terrace is very big and gives good protection against rain and sun. It was very clean and the owners who are living on the upper floor are very kind helpful.

Zwischen Oliven und Zitronenbäumen, dem offenen Himmel und den Bergen - mit traumhafter Aussicht...R

Wunderbar herzliche Gastgeber begrüßten uns auf der traumhaft großen und Schatten-spendenden Terrasse. Die Sonnenaufgänge, Falken beobachten, fröhliche Gespräche mit Mario & Anna führen -wenn man möchte -, Sterne beobachten, alle Mahlzeiten & Abende dort verbringen wenn es in der Sonne zu heiß ist - alles möglich dort draussen. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt weil es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und die gesamte Wohnung war sehr sauber. Wir kommen wieder! Liebste Grüße

Ottima vacanza!abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana a giugno.Casa confortevole, pulita e con tutto il necessario.Isolata e silenziosa. Consigliata per una vacanza di pace e relax. Unica nota da segnalare:tanti tanti gatti. Il che può essere positivo per chi e’ in vacanza con i bambini che si passano il tempo (a meno che non abbiano paura o siano allergici) Consigliata!

Vacanza ottima. Ringrazio Silvia per l'organizzazione e un particolare caloroso ringraziamento a MARIO E ANNA per averci accompagnato in questa magnifica vacanza. Veduta fantastica dall'appartamento. Caletta sotto poco frequentata in quanto raggiungibile solo a piedi. Consiglio a chi ama fare "scarpinate" di scendere alla cala, in 25 minuti si scende e altrettanti si sale (se muniti di scarponi o scarpe da ginnastica) Volendo in un oretta sempre tramite sentieri segnalati e percorribili si raggiunge MARCIANA MARINA o il versante opposto laspiaggia di SANT'ANDREA.....FANTASTICO

Marciana liegt im ruhigeren Westteil der Insel, es gibt dort aber durchaus einen starken Tourismus. Die Topografie lässt allerdings nur eine begrenzte Anzahl an Parkplätzen zu. Am westlichen Ortsausgang von Marciana gibt es eine kleine Rosticceria mit Brotverkauf ab 9 Uhr und einem Angebot an Lebensmitteln. Die drei von uns besuchten Restaurants boten allesamt unspektakulär schmackhafte lokale Küche in tollem Ambiente. Die Wege sind meist steil und für an Flachland gewöhnte anstrengend, die spektakulären Panoramen reiche Belohnung. Wanderwege erfordern gutes Schuhwerk, etwas Kondition und gelegentlich auch Schwindelfreiheit. Das Wasser in den Buchten ist blau, klar und im September amgenehm temperiert. Schwimmschuhe sind an den Kiesstränden empfehlenswert. Etwas Saint-Tropez-Gefühl gibt es im nahegelegenen Marciana Marina. Buntes Treiben, viele schöne Menschen, aber kein Promi-Protz. Dort gibt es einen Conad-Supermarkt. Die Wohnung liegt am Ende einer in recht steilen Serpentinen hinabführenden Sackgasse, abgesehen von der Einmündung auch für größere Fahrzeuge gut befahrbar. Die Einrichtung ist zeitlos hochwertig, funktional (bis auf den Toaster) und perfekt sauber, das Bett bequem. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf die Bucht von Cala ist zu allen Tageszeiten ein beeindruckendes Erlebnis. Ganz ungewohnt: Vermieter!!! Anna und Mario sind auf unaufdringliche Art präsent, bringen Leckeres aus ihrem Garten und geben Tipps für Wanderrouten. Tolle 2 Wochen!

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Der Ausblick von der großen Terrasse der Ferienwohnung ist einmalig schön und, weil die Terrasse überdacht ist, bei jedem Wetter zu genießen. Die Wohnung war picobello sauber, und nach einer Woche bekamen wir nicht nur frische Handtücher, sondern auch Bett- und Tischwäsche. Silvia hat uns mit großer Geduld zum Treffpunkt in Marciana gelotst und uns dann zum Haus gebracht. Die hinunter führende Straße ist wirklich sehr schmal und kurvig, aber wir haben nie Probleme gehabt. Silvia hat uns mit feinen Marmeladen und einem leckeren Rotwein begrüßt. Die Eigentümer Anna und Mario wohnen über der Ferienwohnung und sind ganz entzückende Gastgeber, die sich sehr lieb um uns gekümmert und uns mit Obst aus den Gärten und Quellwasser versorgt haben. Wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt und unseren 2-wöchigen Aufenthalt bei ihnen sehr genossen. Vielen herzlichen Dank nochmal an Sie alle!

Traum-Urlaub, rundherum toll!

Fewo hat alle Ansprüche erfüllt! Ruhig, tolle Terrasse, gut ausgerüstet und so liebe, herzliche und gastfreundliche Vermieter, dass wir nix vermisst haben. Betreuung vor Ort top, kein Problem blieb ungelöst. Einziger Wemutstropfen: trotz Satellitenanachkuss kein einziger deutscher Fernsehsender erreichbar!! Dafür wenigstens WLAN, immerhin!! Wir haben uns trotzdem dort so wohl gefühlt, dass wir bestimmt wieder kommen!!

Pienamente soddisfatti !

La casa ci ha dato subito la sensazione di ... "Essere a casa" ! Spaziosa, fresca, tranquilla, pulita e con una vista splendida. L'interno ha tutto quello che serve e tutti gli accessori in dotazione sono bene tenuti se non addirittura nuovi. Il terrazzo coperto fresco e ventilato è ottimo per rilassarsi, fare colazione pranzo e cena. La strada per raggiungere la casa è un po ripida e stressa ma dopo un paio di volte, si prendono le misure e si percorre tranquillamente. Su un paio di curve è meglio suonare il clacson! Silvia, Mario e Anna sono persone gentilissime, molto disponibili e simpatiche. Cosa dire di più... Provare per credere !

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht. Mittlerweile ist sie nicht mehr die Neueste, aber sehr sauber. Der Ort liegt etwas abseits und ist nur mit Auto zu empfehlen, fußläufig ist nichts leicht zu erreichen. Aber einsam ist man nicht, da einige Hunde vor Ort sind und die Vermieter oben über der Wohnung leben. Auch liegen genutzte Wirtschaftsräume neben der Ferienwohnung, was für Kontakt sorgt.

Ruhiger, italienisch ländlicher Natururlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Wanderurlaub auf Elba! Die Unterkunft liegt in einem italienischen Bergdorf im Norden der Insel. Dies mag als einziger Wermutstropfen gelten, denn somit hatten wir die schattige, kühlere und windigere Seite der Insel gewäht! Der Ausblick von der Terrasse der Wohnung ist traumhaft, besonders morgens, wenn die Sonne farbig über dem Festland aufgeht. Die Räumlichkeiten sind alle anspechend, funktional, sehr sauber und Anna brachte nach einer Woche ein komplettes Wäschewechselset. Unser Hund Togo hat sofort mit den Hunden des Ortes Freundschaft geschlossen und war vollauf beschäftigt. Anna und Marco sind tolle Gastgeber, die keineswegs aufdringlich waren, sich jedoch stets liebevoll nach unserem Befinden erkundigten oder uns mit Kleinigkeiten aus dem Garten erfreuten auch Tipps für Ausflüge vermittelten. Um diese Jahreszeit hatten nicht viele Restaurants in der Nähe geöffnet, daher mußten wir, wollten wir ausgehen, öfter längere Strecken fahren. Die Küchenausstattung ermöglichte aber auch alle Arten der kulinarischen Zubereitung :-) Wir können diese Wohnung für den Winter aufgrund der sehr gut funktionierenden Zentralheizung sehr empfehlen! Wir haben nie in der Wohnung gefroren, auch die Fußböden waren warm! Der Spaziergang hinunter zur Bucht dauert wirklich nicht länger als20 Minuten. Allerdings sollte hier gerade im ersten und letzten Stück des Weges auf gutes Schuhwerk geachtet werden. Dazwischen ist der Weg eben und ohne Steine. Im Sommer kann der Aufstieg durchaus beschwerlicher sein. Wir haben das ruhige Elba bei Traumwetter mit Blick bis hin zu den appenninischen Alpen bei herrlichen und auch einsamen Bergwanderungen und auch mal stürmischer See sehr genossen, unser Hund Togo wurde stets freundlich begrüßt. Wir danken speziell Euch, liebe Anna und lieber Marco sehr für Eure Gastfreundlichkeit! Auch Silvia sei erwähnt, die im Vorfeld immer sehr rasch und freundlich unsere Fragen beantwortet hat :-)

Come a casa, ma con vista magnifica!!

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana alle Casine, immersi nel verde e con una vista spettacolare. Dal vivo l'appartamento é decisamente molto più bello che in foto e la terrazza con vista mare da sola vale il soggiorno. L'abbiamo trovato perfettamente pulito e in ordine, spazioso e con tutto il necessario. Al piano superiore abitano Anna e Mario, due persone squisite che non perdono occasione di farti sentire a casa. L'isola d'Elba é magnifica e grazie ai consigli di Silvia abbiamo apprezzato anche il fascino medievale di ogni paesino visitato. Davvero una vacanza da rifare: stesse spiagge, stesso mare e.... stessa casa!!!
