Overall the location of the room, proximity to the beaches, amenities available in the unit, and view are definitely worth the money! Marco Island is gorgeous so it’s hard to complain when you get to spend the day on the beaches or waterways on the island! Possibly would stay again, but would definitely look around at other places first.Pros: enjoyed being on the docks and having a bait shop right at the unit for fishing. The dolphins in the morning were beautiful to watch. The space of the unit for 2 people was fantastic and the availability to cook and have meals in the room is always nice. Enjoyed the local food and being able to walk to Snook Inn and several other restaurants as well. Definitely felt safe walking around the area and there is no noise which makes for a peaceful vacation! Cons: Upon check in received a text from the property manager at 1pm to “hurry up” when check in didn’t begin until 3pm. The parking attendant/ security guard is very rude & in 4 days I never found anyone in the property office to update my parking pass so I just parked with an expired parking permit each day. You cannot access the pools after dark which is disappointing. The bedsheets and comforters had several stains on them for both the master bed and the extras for the pull out couch. Tries to wash them and they don’t come out. No hot water in the shower (warm at best for short increments).
