Great Stay

Property was very well kept and consistent with images provided on the site. Clean. Probably best stocked kitchen (appliances/dishes/etc.) out of all the places we've rented in the past. Management was very available and responsive. Location is great with short walk to beach and to nearby restaurants. Would stay again.

Great stay at Marco Island

The property was close to the beach, clean and well-stocked with laundry, dishwasher and other supplies, nice pans, dishes and utensils. Very useful beach equipment also provided. A few small issues, but importantly, the owner was extremely responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

New Owner

We were one of the first renters for a new owner. They were very responsive to the few things we had at check in. We've rented on Marco Island for many years and love the location of the Essex S end. The condo was as pictured plus came with a few new things such as a new Keurig Coffee Maker, new Toaster, plenty of cookware, utensils, etc. We've stayed in more updated condos in the past but did not find this one to be lacking terribly. After the hurricane, many owner's storage units were musty/moldy and we advised this owner to clean his out. This didn't impact our trip but others may want to use those items typically available such as beach chairs. If renting this one - best to ask if this has been done yet. We would definitely rent from him again. Location and responsiveness are high on our list.
