The house was beautiful with a great location! The property group was very responsive about an ant situation in the kitchen and had an exterminator there next day and got the problem solved. Great amount of beach gear including toys for kids, beach chairs, umbrella and wagon that were incredibly useful! Just be aware that you will be responsible for a few loads of laundry before you leave if you don’t want to have any additional fees. This was a bit stressful the morning we left since we had to check out by 10, so I would just plan accordingly.

This is a beautiful, comfortable property! The pool is especially nice and the kitchen is well stocked for home cooking. The neighborhood felt safe and there were plenty of amenities in the immediate vicinity. Be advised that while the beach could technically be a “6 minute walk” to the beach if you have long legs and aren’t carrying anything or anyone, we found it to be more like 12-15 when dragging a full beach wagon, cooler, etc. in the Floridian heat. (It’s still a relatively close/short walk.) We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area and I highly recommend the property! Everything was great!

Beautiful and clean house! Convenient to beach access, restaurants, shopping. We loved the screened in side area and pool. The mosquitoes are abundant, so that area was fabulous. Lots of extra towels and linens. Good beach supplies and sturdy wagon.

Birthday Beach Trip

Very satisfied with this home. Few minor hiccups that were addressed. Property management company was a little slow at getting back to us. Very minimal paper goods or basic essentials provided (1 roll of toilet paper, paper towels garbage bags etc) We would definitely come back! Outdoor space was fantastic! Very private.This home even provided a life saver pool fence for our toddler. Must also mention we occupied this home during tropical storm Debby and felt 100% safe and secure.
