Staff was kind, room was incredible with beautiful view. Construction going on at the time of visit, was noted while booking but missed it. When it’s finished it will be awesome. Lots of rules. Priority information was rule sheet, not amenities which was curious. Good place to stay if motivated to identify your own activities.

Did not know the pool was under renovation until after I booked. I ask is there any options to use a close by facility pool area or what options , they gave me a one answer word with no. The staff is not very interested or informative with their guest. They could have said you can do a day access with a fee with the JW Marriott , instead I just was no there is nothing .

Pool was under construction, and the root was being repaired, so heavy smell of tar. Difficulties with standing in the balcony with the smell. We had ocean views, which was a shame

Staff no call back and no pool had to bring chairs downstairs myself we up umbrella - team member on the beach said they were sued lost privileges to use beach chairs and umbrella so I had to rent the chairs 50.00 dollars a day. They fail to call me back after me leaving 2 message's very disheartening to be treated in this manner

First thing, the messages were not responded. Calls were not taken. Early check in request was not honored. Front staff are not responsive. Room cleaners and valet staff are really good.
