This hotel is old and outdated. Property could use a facelift and have more high end features for the price point. AC in room was noisy and when I told the hotel staff they just looked at me and didn’t bother to even apologize for the inconvenience. What well trained staff this place has hired.

I stayed here about 5 years ago. Loved it. Came back and still love it but Expedia did a poor job of disclosing that the pool was closed and the construction that was happening. Went to the hotels website and they clearly mentioned it… high-lite in red. I was actually ok without the pool as the beach is spectacular. The construction was a bit much and more pronounced than described but all good. I would have gave 5 stars across the board but felt due to the pool etc.. a 4 was enough.

This time was a terrible experience! Pool under construction for moths. Construction way too loud that you cannot even stay at the balcony or keep the door open. AC in the room WAYYYY TOO LOUD and the return was very dirty. The room had weird smell. Very disappointing!
