Odalar çok temiz değildi ayrıca dört gün boyunca hiç temizlik yapılmadı. Çarşafları yeterince temiz değildi lekeliydi. Özelikle sabah kahvaltıya indiğimizde maalesef salonda kediler vardı kedilerin salam tabağına giderek sağlamları aldığını gördüğümüzde çok şaşırdık. Kedilerden rahatsızlık duyduğumuzu söylememize rağmen bi şey yapmaz dediler. Tesis yapı olarak güzel fakat işletme çok vasat.Merkeze yakın olması bizim için bir avantaj oldu . Tek güzelliğinde buydu

800 yıllık tarihi binasında harika bir ambiyans. Otel çok temizdi. Personel alakası çok iyiydi. Sadece içeri mutfağa kadar kediler giriyor eşim korktuğu için baya rahatsız olduk. Bir de kahvaltı çok zayıf daha fazla yöresel lezzetler eklenebilir. Ulaşım çok sıkıntılı. Yandex yanlış yere götürüyor çıkmaz sokağa sokuyor. Eski Mardin yolu var 1. Cad diye geçiyor oradan girip yoğun bir trafik sonucunda otele ulaşabiliyorsunuz
