I let the staff know the first morning after we arrived that there was water leaking from the celing or vent in the bathroom and they said they would make note of it. also the bed we was in was very noisy with squeeks and metal scrape sound every time you moved, again they would make note of it but it was like they already knew and did not ask for my room number at all. We went out all day came back and went to sleep. Next day it was leaking again and since it was doing it all night and was leaking on towel there, we discovered it smelled like urine! I was going to be checking out that day so we packed and went eat breakfast, which was very good by the way, one of the reasons I picked this hotel. I let the lady know at the desk (different person) and just got a blank stare again and that she will inform the management. Did not ask for my room number or writing anything down. so I asked her does she need my room number which she replied "sure". We wiped down the toilettries that the urine from above got on before packing and left. The other bed was comfortable and the rest of the room was good but the one bed that woke everyone up every time you even moved an arm and the urine coming from upstairs room are the complaints.

Housekeeping every other day, we ran out of toilet paper because they left half a roll for us on check in. Ice machine broken on first floor and elevators broken so handicapped can’t get ice. Floors are dirty. Outside of the elevator the whole place is very neglected

The breakfast menu had a lot of variety. Parking was available right outside our door. Handicap accessible room needs to be updated with an ADA height toilet & grab bars on the side of toilet, not behind it.

My leg was recently amputated so I’m a disabled person I asked for a ADA room on the first floor. They told me they didn’t have any and then that that had two beds in it so I told them that I would take the one bit ADA room and they said it was a smoking room if that would be OK and I said yes Then they ended up giving me the two bed room, smoking room, and the bathroom hat only one handicap bar behind the toilet the toilet was small, not elevated, and The lid was wiggling all over. The room was not ADA compliant. It did not have an ADA shower or toilet and adding a bar behind the toilet where you cannot even reach to get up is not ADA compliant. The sheets were not up to part of the room was not up to par. It was not handicap accessible. It was very hard for me to get into the room and out of the room into the toilet and the restroom area. I will not be staying at another hotel like this ever again.
