Liked: Staff & service
Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Pros: The staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable, it was easy to park directly in front of my room, I didn't hear a lot of noise from neighboring rooms, it had a small fridge & microwave, and Starbucks and the Pilot station made it easy to get gas and coffee.
Cons: The room I was in looked like it was falling apart. You could feel underneath the tub with the flooring was bowed up and they probably had a lot of water damage. I was nervous taking a shower in there and I refused to bathe my toddler in the bathtub because I was a little concerned we might fall through. It feels like the subfloor is completely rotted out from water damage. The floors were dirty in my daughter's feet were almost black within 15 minutes of running around barefooted on the floor. You could tell where there were holes in the wall that were barely patched, a couple of the handles on the dresser were broken off, the AC was loud when it was on, several of the wooden blinds were broken, and the security latch up top was loose to the point. If my daughter opened the door it wouldn't catch properly and she could escape. My sister stayed there one night and they charged her on top of me paying for the room with Expedia. I had to talk to them and Expedia twice before I could get someone to agree to refund me. Her room was in a lot better shape but she said the carpets were pretty dirty. Overall it's not a bad hotel but the room I was in severely needs to be remodeled because it's falling apart.
