Location was on point and breakfast buffet was good. The only thing I’ve noticed was the shower head had hard water so the pressure wasn’t great. Other than that my family and I really loved it. The little kitchenette was also a huge plus!!

Enjoyed our stay. The balcony came with a view. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The only thing that kind of bothered me was the sliding door to the bathroom. It would make a very loud sound when we opened it all the way. It would disrupt my sleep. Other than that everything was great. Breakfast was good. The air conditioner/heater worked. The water pressure was adjustable for the shower. The fridge was cold. You get the point =]

A little outside of the main attractions of Monterey and Carmel but still close enough to travel back and forth. The hotel seems very new and everything is still in pretty new conditions. The front desk staff was very kind and offered great hospitality. I would stay here again!!

Amazing stay!

I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of space and what was in the hotel room. The service was outstanding. The only thing I would say is the beds could have been more comfortable, but other than that it was better than expected! Breakfast was great! Friendly staff, and again the rooms were amazing!

I had reserved a room with two Queen beds and I was told that Expedia oversold the rooms. I was left with a King bed and a pull out couch which is not what I reserved. Pull out couches are really not that comfortable. I am very unhappy how the hotel handled it and how they all blamed it on Expedia.

The parking lot filled up fast making it hard to find parking space, after the first night stay we woke up to ants in the bed, recorded a video and showed the front desk we got ready for the day to leave so the property could spray the room and while trying to get ready, the shower took forever to get hot and it was only luke warm. We left for the day and when we returned to our room the beds were stripped with no blankets so we had to call the front desk to make the beds with new sheets/blankets. Wont stay here again, not recommended.
