Had to press the bell 3 times before someone came to check us in. The room was large and clean. Sadly we booked our stay on a weekend where there was a sports event so the room above us was very loud. We called down several times and they said sorry and would talk to them but the people were still loud. Maybe we will try again.

The hotel itself was very cozy and comfortable but the staff i had other feelings about. I am an early riser and the two mornings i stayed there i over heard the staff talking negatively about the guests. The job is a customer service job and though the job can be overwhelming. You do not speak negatively about people. I will not be staying there again. Sorry.
