I liked everything, the stuff very helpful. The amenities more than I expected. very good location, same place of the mall location where you have everything to eat, shop and entertainment. Easy access to the airport and downtown.

"Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by unprofessional staff with an attitude. They failed to listen to clients' concerns and needs during check-in. To make matters worse, they called my room 20 minutes later to convey information that I had already tried to communicate during the initial check-in process. This lack of attentiveness and communication greatly impacted my experience."

Cama desconfortável. Tv não funciona. Cobrança

A cama é bem desconfortável, assim como os travesseiros. O quarto disponível tinha um box de banheiro aberto e batia uma corrente de ar frio durante o banho. A tv do quarto não funcionava. A localização é boa, mas a equipe não me informou que o estacionamento seria cobrado à parte e que eu não poderia entrar no shopping usando meu sem parar, sendo que não há outra forma de entrar no hotel já que ele fica no estacionamento do shopping Catuaí Maringá. Falaram que o estacionamento custava 25,00 mas me foi cobrado 48,00 no meu sem parar e a equipe só falou que se passei no sem parar a cobrança era a parte e nada foi feito para resolver a situação.

Nao tive um retorno do estabelecimento sobre a descrição no site que dizia que o apt que reservei tinha uma piscina particular sendo que nao existia essa piscina somente a piscina do hotel para todos hóspedes então nao deveriam anunciar piscina particular nen cobrar mais caropelo quarto se nao existe esse beneficio a parede do banheiro também estava com sujeira no alto próximo ao chuveiro poeira em alguns móveis ex no telefone no criado mudo do restante tudo bom o café da manhã e excelente

Quarto muito confortável e muito silencioso. Café da manhã ok, mas esperava mais pelo padrão do hotel. O check-in foi um pouco confuso, cheguei em um momento com poucas pessoas atendendo, mas correu tudo bem.
