Mauvaise expérience

Expérience catastrophique. J’ai réservé une villa pour un séjour en famille, j’ai fait des kilomètres avec mes enfants, et une fois arrivé sur place… surprise : impossible d’entrer dans la villa. Pourquoi ? Parce qu’il y a des travaux. Oui, vous avez bien lu : des TRAVAUX. Personne ne m’a prévenu, aucun message, aucun appel, rien. J’ai dû appeler moi-même pour qu’on me dise, comme si de rien n’était, que l’accès n’était finalement pas possible.C’est d’une négligence inacceptable. Comment peut-on laisser des gens réserver un logement qui n’est même pas accessible ? C’est un manque total de respect et de professionnalisme. Le minimum aurait été d’annuler la réservation avant notre départ ou de proposer une solution alternative. Là, rien. Juste un « non désolé » au téléphone, comme si ça n’avait aucune conséquence.Résultat : enfants fatigués, trajet pour rien, stress, et aucune considération pour notre situation. C’est inadmissible. Je ne recommande absolument pas ce service, et je déconseille à quiconque de faire confiance à une organisation aussi mal gérée.
