Personnel adorable mais gestionnaire médiocre

Le RIAD lui-mĂȘme est tout Ă  fait correct avec un personnel adorable et prĂ©venant. Nous avons rĂ©servĂ© sur le site d'Abritel. Lors de la rĂ©servation en ligne, je n'avais que le choix de rĂ©server le RIAD en entier, je ne pouvais pas rĂ©server 2 chambres comme je le souhaitais (nous Ă©tions 2 adultes, 2 enfants). Ma rĂ©servation m'a confirmĂ© RIAD entier. Lors de notre arrivĂ©e nous avons eu la trĂšs dĂ©sagrĂ©able surprise d'ĂȘtre logĂ© dans 1 petite chambre pour 4. Pour le prix de la rĂ©servation (180 euros la nuit) la pilule a eu beaucoup de mal Ă  passer. Une trĂšs mauvaise expĂ©rience, avec le sentiment d'une belle arnaque. Je tiens Ă  prĂ©ciser que le personnel marocain a cependant Ă©tait adorable et trĂšs gĂȘnĂ© par ce quiproquo.
