This unique property is located facing the pristine coast of Marsaskala with breathtaking views of the sea. This 7 bedroom contemporary villa has been designed around an ambitious project; a goal to create a luxury property set on a unique area with direct access to the beach. It encompasses all the necessary factors to ensure a serene and restful escape for anyone residing in it. The property is served with an elevator, is fully air-conditioned and Wi-Fi is offered throughout the property.



The villa is set apart from the hustle and bustle of the city life, nestled just in front of the sea. It is located just 30 minutes away on foot to the center of Marsaskala. Here one finds a delightful natural harbor onto which a number of bars and restaurants are situated facing the promenade. Less than 15 minutes away by car there is the historical town of Vittoriosa. In summer one may take the ferry from the Vittoriosa waterfront to Valletta. For the more adventurous there is also another ferry from Valletta to Sliema. The neighboring towns of Birzebbugia and Marsaxlokk are also worth a visit, these are 15 minutes away by car. Marsaxlokk is a fishing village, with several restaurants. A market is set up every Sunday on the promenade where one finds all sorts of things, from fresh fish to souvenirs!

Heavenly Holiday!

Our family holiday to celebrate our daughter getting married was wonderful from start to finish! When we arrived it was even more amazing than I imagined! Everyone was blown away by the villa, view, pool, bedrooms, 3 games rooms and of course Spa. We were in a great location for walking to shops, restaurants etc..We hired a private catering company to come to the villa and do a rehearsal dinner for our daughter getting married. Both families stayed on the bride and grooms side and there was more than enough space to not being ontop of each other. The manager was friendly. Maybe a quicker response with help booking catering and a yatch would have been helpful as we didn't get a response so we did it ourselves. Also there was a tiny mirror in the bedroom by the pool which was too small to do make up or use, so a bigger one would be great and the cupboards didn't have long hanging space in any room for long dresses. Maybe some hooks for dressing gowns would make it even more perfect. It definitely was a magical experience and we would have loved to stay more than a week as it flew by.Thank you

Beautiful villa for a large group

Beautiful villa that looks exactly like the pictures. Perfect for a large group, it has all the amenities you need. The pool is not heated and so was quite cold, but a beautiful view and direct access to the sea. The games room and underground spa were great. There is also an external company they work with that will organise various activities, which made our stay extra special and easy.

Marvellous large villa near Marsaskala, Malta

A very spacious villa with direct access to a rocky beach but within walking distance of St Thomas Bay where there is a sandy beach. There are several well stocked convenience stores 2-5 minutes walk away, and a larger supermarket, butcher and wine shop within easy reach. There are lots of places to eat nearby. We arranged for a chef on 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the food which was restaurant quality and very plentiful. The games room would be a huge attraction to a family group. Public transport is excellent and we didn't feel any need for a hire car. Amanda and her team were available and responded to queries very promptly.

Mahi Mahi Paradise

We had a wonderful holiday! The house is everything we needed to enjoy the Mediterranean at our doorstep, the pool, spa, games, main living area with beautiful views and well appointed bedrooms and baths. Amanda was terrific, helping us with everything we needed, and made checkin and out easy. Mathew arranged two wonderful evenings for us with delicious chef prepared meals!

Amazing, truly spectacular villa!

Well, what can I say, this villa is just utterly beautiful, amazing, so spacious (way bigger than I thought!) and just perfect for a group of family or friends! We had the best time and can’t thank the team who run this villa enough! Amanda the host is great, so helpful and the team who helped us with all the services were incredible, Brenda is wonderful and so helpful, they all made our stay magical! The private chefs we had arranged by the hosts were fantastic, Sean was lovely, the food was amazing, the service was fantastic and overall just a wonderful evening for all 16 of us, so huge thank you to Sean and the team for arranging this all for us! We are already looking to book again! Really is the most beautiful villa and the views are amazing. Thank you Amanda, Brenda, Matt and Sean for making our trip so magical! We shall see you all soon! Gorgeous villa and wonderful hosts

A group of 17 friends stayed at this gorgeous villa for 4 nights and it totally exceeded our expectations! The pictures just don't even do it justice - it really has the wow factor with its palacial architecture and it's the gift that keeps on giving. There's so much space for entertaining and we never felt like were too overcrowded in any of the social areas. The kitchen is superbly kitted out with everything you need to host a group dinner party and the pièce de résistance is undoubetdly the basement which boasts an incredible games area. Amanda and Arvin were excellent hosts and were always available to support with our endless queiries, in a very timely and responsive manner. This villa stay is an absolute MUST, you will not regret it.

Absolutely fabulous

This beautiful dvilla by far exceeded everyone’s expectations. From the airport pick to our departure one week later everything went extremely smoothly. If you want to stay in one of THE best properties in Malta then this it. With its unprecedented access to a rocky beach and a clear blue sea just yards away then this is for you. Shops are nearby as is bus access and the property has a large garage space. Outdoor barbecue area, beautiful pool, steam room, jacuzzi, table tennis and pool all added to the fun. Mediterranean Oasis

Beautiful villa right on the seafront. Spacious with so much to enjoy. Hired private chef for family pre-wedding dinner -awesome. Great location to attractions. Host co-ordinated check in and check out with our son (the groom) who was already in Malta. A fabulous experience for everyone!!!

The perfect place!

An amazing house for the 12 of us. Plenty of space to spread out. Great kitchen. Wonderful outdoor space. We used Njoy to coordinate airport transfers, private chef, and excursions. Everything went as planned. Loved every minute of the week!

Spectacular Property and Location

This property is a wonderful oasis by the sea, which far exceeded all expectations. Everything about the property is amazing, starting with the ocean view, the gorgeous deck with pool and waterfall, beautifully designed kitchen and dining area, the comfortable well-appointed rooms, the endless entertainment options, hot tub, steam bath and large private garage. We loved our stay here, and were truly sad to leave. I would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing luxurious villa

This is a superb villa, clean, well located and has tons of enjoyment to offer. Sauna, hot tob, pool table, gym, private pool... you name it!!! All is there! I honesty didnt want to leave... Amanda host is super nice and looked after us very well too. Any question O has it was answered asap! Thank a lot! Definitely going back there one day!

What a great villa, supermarket and mini market both walking distance, however the man at the supermarket did drop us and the shopping back in his van! Which was fun! Amazing Villa with fantastic Host

Our group of 12 people had an absolute blast at the property. I do not think you can ask for a better property to say at anywhere and exceeded all of our imagination. The property was very clean and our host Amanda did so much for us. The outside area is absolutely fantastic with a very large pool and so much space inside. The games room, hot tub area and everything in the house was well used and everyone had a lovely stay. We also organised a dinner through the Njoy Malta team which was absolutely fantastic and if they get in contact do make sure you use them for some of your activities. I really hope we can return at some point to this wonderful property.

Amazing Home in Marsaskala

Our group of eight people (4 adults and 4 teenagers) loved staying at this amazing home. It is a huge home with the most beautiful views of the sea. The outdoor area is spectacular with a very large pool. The bedrooms are all very spacious. The game room was a fun area for both the adults and teenagers to hang out. There are restaurants and markets in walking distance to the house. It was also very easy to get an Uber to Valletta. We have stayed at many VRBO homes and I can say this was absolutely one of the best homes we have stayed in.

Luxurious piece of paradise!

Absolutely a beautiful place with an amazing view of the Mediterranean Sea. The Villa was nothing short of the photos. We had a large group to celebrate a delayed milestone birthday and it was perfect. Pool area was beautiful, game rooms were fun, spa was cool where it used to be a cistern. Everyone enjoyed piece of paradise. Amenda, property manager, was very accommodating and she promptly answered all of my questions and requests. We had Njoy Malta to arrange all of our local transfers for 12 adults and Gozo activity, they were awesome! One evening, we hired a private chef to cook us a fabulous dinner. I wish I could have booked him for remaining evenings. I recommend that you book with Matthew Attard far in advance. Note that it’s a self catering villa so use Bolt food app to get your basic necessities and groceries. There is a convenient store1.5 blocks away and grocery store within a walking distance. We loved our stay and we can’t wait to return.
