Horizon apartment small, parking a nightmare.

Web site photos do not indicate which rooms belong to which apartment. We were disappointed that ours was very small. It was very clean and the pool area was fantastic. On site parking was an absolute nightmare, an electric gate into a steep awkward drive. On leaving the gate closed before we got out and scraped our wheel arch. Not a good situation. We should have received our security deposit cheque on leaving but the man did not bring it. We will wait to see if we get it back without any trouble. We were on the ground level but there was no security bars on the windows, as it was so hot(with no fan provided) we had to sleep with the windows wide open. Not a secure feeling. It was a modern newly renovated apartment which was lovely but it does have its problems.

Attention aux faux frais.

La vue est belle. A 50m d un super U. A la fin du sejour on vous explique les "options" 50e pour le menage et 10e personne pour les draps! Si vous voulez faire le ménage vous même, il faut jouer a cache a cache avec les ustensiles du ménage, absents de l'appartement. L annonce biensur ne le precise pas et a la remise des cles non plus. Surtout ne vous garer pas sur le miniparking. Nous avons eraflé notre voiture, le portail automatique n a pas non plus de temporisation de fermeture. Autre chose, n espérer pas obtenir une facture a la fin de votre séjour. Dommage que les nond dits gachent la fin de sejour

Manque de propreté

Manque de propreté concernant le linge de lit. Le drap housse et la couette n'ont clairement pas été changé à notre arrivée. Il y a des tâches suspectes... + Des cheveux sur les oreillers que j'ai d'ailleurs signalé au gérant mais bon... Et le dernier jour, j'ai découvert une énorme tâche qui ressemble à de l'urine sur le matelas. J'ai des photos pour preuves. A cela, s'ajoute un manque notable de linge de maison comme par exemple un torchon ou un tapis de bain.

Très beau séjour

Un très beau séjour dans un appartement parfaitement situé à Cassis. La vue est magnifique et le confort très bon dans cet appartement refait récemment. On regrette le manque de réactivité de notre hôte par mail qui a finalement été joignable par téléphone sans souci. L'annonce sur internet (pas sur mobile mais sur PC) mentionne du linge de maison fourni pour les courts séjours ce qui s'avère être une option payante. L'annonce ne mentionne aucune information au sujet du ménage, il faudrait clarifier ce point. Malgré ces détails, nous recommandons vivement cet appartement dont nous avons pu bénéficier à un tarif très abordable (en ce mois d'avril) pour sa localisation idéale, sa terrasse avec panorama sur la mer et le Cap Canaille, sa piscine et ses chambres avec une très jolie vue!

Vue magnifique

Super appartement, conforme à l’annonce, joliment meublé vue magnifique. Seul bémol, éclairage du salon trop cru pour les longues soirées d’hiver, il manque quelques éclairages indirects. Sinon, bien se renseigner sur l’inclusion ou pas du linge de maison, et sur le prix du ménage (C’etait différent de ce qui était dit sur le site Homelidays).

Logement agréable et très bien situé

Le logement est très agréable et fonctionnel avec une belle piscine à débordement et une vue magnifique sur la mer et le cap Canaille. Le logement est à 10mn à pied du centre et du port. Seul point gênant le bruit en journée de la rue assez passante.

Wunderbare Lage mit Aussicht aufs Meer, sehr erholsam.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in super Lage - Nähe zum Ort Cassis, Restaurants und Geschäften, dabei aber völlig ruhig. Freundlicher Empfang. Kommunikation mit der Agentur allerdings etwas schwierig. Bei unserer Anreise waren keine Handtücher und kein Bettzeug vorhanden; diese wurden erst nach weiterer SMS gebracht.

Home Cassis

De vakantiewoning ligt op een prachtige locatie, centrum te voet bereikbaar. Je kunt op het terras genieten van het mooie uitzicht. Na een telefoontje bij aankomst was de eigenaar daar onmiddellijk om de sleutels te overhandigen. De woning zelf is trendy ingericht, alles is er wat je nodig kan hebben. We vonden het verblijf zeer aangenaam en willen zeker nog eens terug komen.

Tolles Appartment in super Lage

Sehr schönes Appartment mit gepflegtem Pool und grandiosem Ausblick auf das Meer und die Berge von der großen Terrasse. Einzig die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas umfangreicher sein.

Les - : Ce n'est pas un particulier, mais une Agence de location. Après avoir réservé et payé sur ABRITEL, je reçois un contrat pour signature, celui-ci ne sera qu'accepté après le paiement (problème loc déjà réglée ??? tél au gérant pour le signaler). Lors de l'entrée dans l'appt, il nous est demandé outre la taxe local, un complément pour compenser les frais d'ABRITEL !!!! sur la base d'un Postit et non d'une facture. Une demande de facture a été faite, non encore reçue. Logement un peu humide (murs), à l'intérieur juste le nécessaire, pas plus, pas de couverture supplémentaire, ni de verre à vin (dans une région vinicole ?). Après demande la couverture a été apportée, pas le reste. Les + : Bien situé, piscine, dispose d'un parking (très appréciable vu l'absence de place dans la ville), supermarché à 100m, centre ville 10mn à pied. Conclusion : Bon séjour, un seul bémol, nous voyons régulièrement en France et à l'étranger c'est la première fois qu'il nous est demandé un supplément lors de la réservation sur une plateforme spécialisée. Il serait bien de calculer les frais avant de mettre l'appartement en ligne... sinon rester dans la location traditionnelle.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub!

Wir haben wunderschöne und erholsame 14 Tage dort verbracht! Alles in Ordnung, Ausstattung ok. Die Aussicht und der Pool einfach toll. Das Bad ist ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber für ein eingespieltes Paar kein Problem. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

fin Beliggenhet og fantastisk utsikt over havet

Veldig sentral beliggenhet med gang avstand til butikk, sentrum samt strender. Utsikten er fantastisk. Man dele bassenget med 2 andre utleieenheter og eieren. Bassenget var sjeldent brukt av familien som eier huset. Noe minus med mangel på aircondition. Det var veldig varmt spesielt ubehagelig for natt søvn. Badet hadde ikke dør og var åpen slik som et par ble vi enige om den ene gikk ut mens den andre brukte toilettet. Ellers alt annet var greit med tanke på renhold og tilgang til vaskerom. En hefte med detalj beskrivelse av serverdigheter samt restauranter var i leiligheten som var veldig nyttig. Generelt fin opplevelse av stedet. Leiligheten anbefales, bør kanskje ta med en vifte i varme perioder.

Wohnung und Pool sind wirklich sehr gut; insbesondere der Ausblick auf Meer und Cap sind sehr schön; der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit; wir werden wieder dorthin fahren!

Magnifique séjour à Cassis.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement cosy. Idéalement situé pour se rendre à pieds au centre de Cassis, avec une vue imprenable sur la baie, même en prenant sa douche!!! La Provence sous le soleil à Noël, c'est magique!

Schöne Ferienwohnung, nahe dem Zentrum, ca. 10min

Schöne Wohnung, alles neu modern gestaltet und sehr sauber. Ausreichend ausgestattet. Achtung: Einige Treppen am Haus und je nach Wohnung enge, kurze Garagen. Unser 5er BMW passte gerade mal so rein, ging aber. Manko: Am Pool keine Sonnenschirme. Gesamteindruck aber positiv, war ein toller Urlaub. Aber man sollte etwas Kondition mitbringen, da es in Cassis oft auch (steil) bergauf geht. Schöner Strand in Ciotat, mit dem Auto ca. 15min.
