Wonderful hosts. Splendid location. Easy to get to the Vieux Port, Calanques National Park, and other sites in Marseille. Very close to swimming spots like Anse de Fause Monaie and Plage Maldormi. I would be thrilled to stay here again.

A lovely and comfortable room in a great area of Marseille. Close to local beaches, restaurants, corner stores, and the bus stop. The host was very communicative and gave lots of recommendations. Plus, the view from the balcony is stunning!

INCREDIBLE

"The room with a balcony overlooking the sea" is a mere hint of how wonderful this second floor studio space is in Marseille. The location is extremely safe and convenient to walk to public transport to access all areas of the city and beyond. Quiet, sunny, artsy, with an amazing view through tall shuttered french windows across an idylic setting of old world Marseille. The studio comes with a comfortable bed, desk/lamps,small library and fully equipped with a mini kitchen, but plenty of reasons to eat out at the many local restaurants/bars and cafes.Walking distance to amazing coastal areas loved by the French for swimming and sunbathing. And the bests hosts ever. We cannot wait to return.

Lovely apartment

The room was much bigger than I thought it would be. Very beautiful property and view of the ocean. Incredible area, close to local beaches. Close to restaurants and supermarket. The hosts are wonderful; Ray gave me a walking tour of the local beaches and looking points. I’d love to come back!

Dandy apartment, great view of the sea

The space is beautifully decorated, in a great location, with lots of room. Has the expected amenities plus some (full coffee service, utensils, plates, microwave, small refrigerator) - helping us to be comfortable during our 6 night stay. The view of the sea from the terrace is amazing, as the rooms are up a flight of stairs. Hosts are wonderful people, so welcoming, kind and gracious! Nice neighborhood, with easy access to main street that has the bus, shops and restaurants. The bus is a direct route to Vieux Port, for sightseeing and the metro stop. The highlight of our stay in Marseille!

Perfect place to stay in Marseille

If you’re looking for a great spot to walk around and discover Marseille, this is for you! The property is conveniently located near a bus stop, beaches, and walking distance to the Vieux-Port. The hosts, Ray and Claude, are extremely friendly and helped us make the most out of our stay. They even let us leave our bags with them past check out so we could keep exploring. If we’re ever in the area again, we will be back! 10/10 overall :)

Beautiful place in a great location

I highly recommend this place! The hosts are kind, location <5 min from bus stops, and a beautiful view from the balcony. Our trip to Marseille was as great as it was because of this property. Multiple restaurants and beaches within walking distance and all in a safe part of town. We had an amazing time here!

Auch unser zweiter Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft war wunderbar! Perfekte Lage in einem ruhigen Viertel. GeschĂ€fte, Restaurants und CafĂ©s in direkter Umgebung und man ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten am Meer (und kann das Meer vom Balkon aus sehen).

Nous avons vraiment apprĂ©ciĂ© l'hospitalitĂ© exceptionnelle de Ray et Claude. L'invitation Ă  l'apĂ©ro, les recommandations de randonnĂ©es et de lieux remarquables, la vue fantastique du balcon sur la mer et les calanques ont rendu plus beau notre sĂ©jour. L'appartement - une oasis dans la turbulente Marseille – est trĂšs propre. La mer est accessible Ă  pied et les restaurants, cafĂ©s et magasins du quartier ne sont qu'Ă  quelques minutes. Schöner Aufenthalt

situĂ© Ă  3min Ă  pied de la mer le logement est idĂ©alement localisĂ©. Vous trouverez des restaurants et commerces de proximitĂ© sur la corniche Ă  quelques centaines de mĂštres. Ray et Claude sont des hĂŽtes trĂšs accueillants, arrangeants (nous avions un dĂ©part tardif) et soucieux du bien ĂȘtre de leurs locataires. Unkonventionell mit ganz viel Charme

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Es handelt sich um ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett, Schreibtisch und Regalen. Im Zimmer selbst befindet sich zudem ein Wasserkocher, Besteck und Geschirr. In einem weiteren Raum befindet sich die Dusche, ein Waschbecken sowie Mikrowelle und Nespresso-Maschine. Ein kleiner KĂŒhlschrank ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Toilette befindet sich in einem separaten Raum. An das Schlafzimmer grenzt ein Balkon an, von dem man einen wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer hat. Ein Herd, Kochplatten oder Ă€hnliches ist nicht (!) vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemĂŒtlich und individuell eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind unglaublich lieb und haben uns bei der Ankunft viele Tipps zu Unternehmungen in der Region gegeben. Von der Unterkunft erreichte man in etwas 5 Minuten (zu Fuß) mehrere kleine Badestellen, den Bus, kleine CafĂ©s und Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wenn wir wieder in Marseille sind, buchen wir die Unterkunft gerne noch einmal!
