The apartment 'Grand Pin' is the largest of the apartments, upper right part of the villa and has a separate entrance.
T4 of 90M2 very bright with terrace of 40M2 full South / East spectacular sea view: Real solarium in the middle of the day !!!
It is rented with a fully private Mediterranean type garden of 300M2 facing North West on the back of the villa on the ground floor compared to the apartment. You will find its pergola where to have lunch, its swings and its bowling green: Bowls!
Inside, 40M2 living room with 6. 50M high ceilings, exposed beams, sliding picture window, opening onto the terrace. Apartment floored in bleached oak-Neat layout, quality wood / metal mixture. 3 bedrooms all overlooking the greenery. Teak bathroom-separate WC.
