Our single bed room was not ready for us when we checked in. I had requested it. We had to haul our luggage again to another floor. There was no offer to help us A fire alarm went off in the middle and f the night. No one informed us it was a technical issue. We panicked to get ready to flee. They could have offered a free breakfast or parking for inconvenience

We had a room over looking the port which was lovely. Extremely clean and spacious. Big comfy bed - quite hard but that’s perfect for us . Hotel is lovely and close to everything

Lovely, comfortable hotel in a great location at a reasonable price. Took away a star because of the small, overcrowded pool area and mediocre restaurant, where we had an expensive, buffet breakfast that left much to be desired in terms of service and a passable lunch.
