Très bon rapport qualité/prix

L'emplacement est idéal. Nous avons pu visiter la ville et les principaux monuments à pied. Beaucoup de commerces de proximité. L'appartement est correct, conforme à la description et bien équipé. Le seul bémol nous concernant c'est que nous sommes venus fin juin, en pleine canicule et qu'il a fait vraiment très chaud. Certes il y a une clim mobile, avec les inconvénients que cela comporte, mais c'est surtout qu'on ne peut pas ouvrir certaines fenêtres, donc très peu de circulation d'air possible (et c'est sous les toits) Mais en dehors de ça, nous le recommandons.

Apparemment sympa mais la propreté n’est pas au maximun

Nous avons passer un bon week end , l’appartement est très bien située. Proche du vieux port et proche d’un stationnement de trottinette cela est vraiment cool. Et l’appartement est très très jolie . Néanmoins la propreté est à revoir , la cuvette des toilette n’était pas propre , la table ne l’était pas aussi il y avais des tache de quelque chose de collant (soda) , beaucoup de poussière au sol . En général le sejour été pas mal

Pourrait être amélioré

Un super emplacement mais au 3eme étage. Appartement très bien décoré mais mal entretenu. Le canapé est très inconfortable, la douche pas très propre, la porte des toilettes ferme de manière aléatoire car coulissante et certains objets cassés. C’est dommage ! L’appartement est suffisamment grand pour 4 et la décoration est jolie. L’emplacement dans le quartier du panier à 10 minutes à pied du vieux port et à 2 stations de métro de la gare saint Charles est top.
