5 mins from Ile de Ré and downtown La Rochelle. In Marsilly, coastal village 2 km from the sea,
possibility to practice plaice fishing and golf (18 holes). Recent house 2008 calm with open view on the fields, very functional and spacious, easy to maintain (tiling everywhere). Cyclabic tracks bordering the sea of Esnandes (village 3 km from Marsilly) at the Ile de Ré bridge.
