The unmistakable colours of nature are contrasted by the clean lines and refined design of the interiors, where white tones dominate in contrast with the patches of colour of the furnishings, skilfully positioned to create a relaxing, and never boring, environment. The splendid heatable swimming pool is perfectly integrated into the park, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, cherry trees and Mediterranean scrub typical of the Apulian landscape, and is easily accessible from the large French windows of the living room. Ecovilla Terra di Luce is located just 2 km from the typical Rione Monti, in the historic centre of Alberobello, a town unique in the world that contains all the history and culture of the trulli. Alberobello, listed by UNESCO as among the most beautiful borghi in Italy, can be visited by walking through the narrow streets of the centre and breathing in the magical, fairy-tale air that only a few places in the world can offer. The villa is located in an ideal position for exploring the most beautiful places in the Itria Valley: Locorotondo and Cisternino, characterised by narrow, winding streets and the white-painted houses typical of the architecture of the area; Martina Franca with its cobbled streets, elegant squares and well-preserved Baroque architecture which is well worth exploring. Just over half an hour's drive away are some of the most iconic places in Apulia: Polignano a Mare with its sheer cliffs and timeless atmosphere; Ostuni "the White City" and the long sandy coastline of Capitolo, south of Monopoli, with its well-equipped lidos and crystal-clear waters. NB: About 100 m from the villa is the part of the property inhabited by the discreet and courteous owners who will not interfere in the use of the park and the swimming pool which are for the exclusive use of the guests.

Interior:
The villa has a single floor; the entrance leads into the spacious living area with a sitting area consisting of a sofa and two red armchairs, followed by a large dining table and the well-equipped kitchen with washing machine compartment. A sliding door connects the living area to the sleeping area consisting of two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with joinable beds and a bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning with centralised CMV system and an alarm system.
Park:
Once past the gate, a dirt road lined with olive trees leads to the parking area which leads to the property. The outdoor area of about 6,000 sqm, at the guests' disposal, is characterised by olive trees, some of which are centuries old, cherry trees and Mediterranean scrub; an organic vegetable garden is at the guests' disposal. The villa has a large patio where guests can enjoy the shade and relax while admiring the ornamental greenery that surrounds the structure; the dining area in the shade of the patio has a large table for guests to enjoy outdoor meals, while on the opposite side is the barbecue area equipped with a handy sink. In the park is a convenient electric car charging port (7kw).
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The rectangular swimming pool, which can be heated on request (at an extra cost), measures 4 x 10 m with the depth varying from 0.60 to 1.20 m. Lined in PVC, the pool has internal lighting, chlorine purification and easy steps for access to the water. Around the pool are deckchairs and sunbeds shaded by umbrellas, a cold-water shower and a barbecue corner with a handy sink. The swimming pool will be open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
