53 Burgundy, Martinborough

Built in 2022, 53 Burgundy is a modern four-bedroom, two-bathroom property within Pinot Grove. It boasts fantastic indoor-outdoor living with an oversized deck off the central, open-plan kitchen/living area. From the deck, guests can stroll a short distance to the communal swimming pool and tennis court, or take an easy walk out of Pinot Grove and down to the Square.



The property sleeps 11, and is perfectly laid out for one, two or three families staying together. We prefer no more than 6 adults per stay, due to bed configuration:

• Bedroom 1: Queen Bed plus Ensuite Bathroom;

• Bedroom 2: Queen Bed;

• Bedroom 3: Queen Bed plus Single Bed;

• Bedroom 4: 4 Single Beds configured as 2 bunks.



The property is set up with everything families need in a modern home away from home including: a Nespresso coffee machine; inbuilt desks for remote working; exterior plug to charge an EV; washing machine and dryer; heat pump and double glazing for winter; and a BBQ on the deck for summer.



On the deck is an outdoor sofa area and a separate dining space, and there`s still plenty of room to unfold your own sun lounges or camp chairs should you wish. Spend the day relaxing at the property, walk or bike to local vineyards, or shop in the Square where you can sample a number of local artisan treats.



You will also have access to Pinot Grove communal swimming pool (closed from Easter until Labour Weekend), petanque or tennis court.



53 Burgundy is situated in a residential environment and, as such, has a strict no party policy. We ask that all guests are considerate of our neighbours and keep quiet after 10pm.

Great for a mixed age family group. Lack of barriers on deck a worry with a toddler. Iron needs cleaned, almost a disaster with wedding shirts.
