The building is constructed with a steel-frame structure designed for excellent earthquake resistance, providing a safe and secure environment for your stay. Inside, the house features three Western-style bedrooms and one Japanese-style room with a door for added privacy. The high ceilings create an open and airy atmosphere, making the space bright, spacious, and relaxing.
The house is fully equipped with convenient amenities such as a kitchen and washing machine, making it suitable not only for short stays but also for longer stays, business trips, or training visits. Guests can cook and do laundry just like at home, ensuring a comfortable living experience.
The property is conveniently located about 10 minutes by car from Kengunmachi and only about 2 minutes by car (7 minutes on foot) from Super Center Trial Mashiki Dai. The surrounding area offers supermarkets, convenience stores, shopping centers, and restaurants, making daily life very convenient during your stay.
It is also approximately 30 minutes by car to the TSMC factory and about 15 minutes to Kumamoto Airport, making it ideal for business travelers.
