The train station is only 5 kilometers, the bus station five minutes on foot. On the waterfront there is a bike path for bicycle lovers. At 1 km there is a large shopping center.
The recommended destinations are different. At 5 km there is the center of Massa, where you can visit the Malaspina castle which, in the Middle Ages, was the residence of the Cybo-Maladpina dynasty. At 10 km there is the city of Carrara, known worldwide for the quarries of Bianco di Carrara marble, Michelangelo's favorite marble for the realization of his works.
