The flat also offers all basic services such as hot and cold water, independent heating and electricity. The flat's two bedrooms are totally independent and can also accommodate twin beds on request. In the living room, the leather sofa can be converted into a comfortable double bed if required. Children up to three years of age are free if they sleep with their parents or in their own cot. Baby cots are available for a one-off charge for the entire stay. Pets are allowed but will be an extra charge.
On your arrival you will find our welcome with an Italian breakfast for the morning and a courtesy line for the bathroom. In the centre of Massa Marittima (about 500 m) there is a shop with automatic washing machines and dryers.

The period residence is located in the historic centre of Massa Marittima, therefore very close to bars, restaurants, minimarkets, museums and much more.

The flat has free wifi and a travel cot if required.
