For this to be a fairly new property, there was some issues in the bathroom of cleanliness that needs work the front desk staff when I checked in and wasnā€™t entirely warm or friendly

Surprisingly good!!

Surprisingly a very nice and clean hotel. The lady was so pleasant at check in and the room was very clean and comfortable. We were not expecting thks hotel to be as clean and comfortable ad it was.

All great! Only 2 cons is that there is no microwave in the room and the heated pool isn't really heated. It was cold and it was the main reason why I booked the hotel šŸ˜ž besides that, all else was well

Anywhere else but here!!!

Was horrible! The room was disgusting!!! Iā€™m pretty sure a murder and party happened in there and they decided cleaning it was to much effort. There were bags of dirty laundry clothes, stains and splatters ALL over the room the random hardwood floors they had in there were sticky, and ā€œwhite stuff on the head boardā€ plus more. We literally walked in the room spent no more than 2 mins and went downstairs. They said the were at full capacity so there was nothing they could do that hotels.com would process a refund and they would ā€œcheck us outā€ we still havenā€™t gotten our refund and had to pay more for a last min room close by.

Safe. Friendly. Comfortable. Clean.

This is our go to place to stay in Long Island. Super close to Lindenhurst with tons of restaurants, stores and even a mall nearby. Friendly staff. Clean comfortable rooms. Never had an issue here or even felt unsafe. This was our 4th or 5th stay and we canā€™t wait for the next!
