Pietrasanta, 10 km away, is famous for the working of marble and bronze. Its historical center is rich in art galleries. The Cathedral of San Martino is also worth a visit. Viareggio (6 km), the city of the carnival, is rich in bathing establishments and shipyards and offers a beautiful seafront with stores and restaurants. From here you can reach by boat the charming villages of the Cinque Terre.
