Saikat is a great host! Cool dude who was calm, patient and very helpful! The rental has its own entrance on left side of the house, leads down a staircase to a door; that gives you entry to the actual place you stay. Full fridge, great coffee maker with free pods. Glasses, coffee mugs silverware and plates. No dishwasher but host told us to let them wash them at the end. Cool! AC unit in bedroom has to cool the entire apartment, which was odd for me but we left door open in bedroom and it was fine. Shower had plenty of hot water and pressure! Loved that. TV is very small but you can stream anything easily! Air mattress in living room was pretty cool, served the need fine. They always offered extra towels! You can hear a lot of walking around upstairs, sometimes pretty late, my only negative really. Parking spot on left side of driveway always left open for us, just as described. If you are visiting anything near Mastic and need a place for 2-4 ppl, this is a great choice! Host is a great guy who wants to help! Great price is a huge plus! Thank you!!!
