We spent the weekend fishing with two other families at a charming vacation house. The host was exceptionally gracious, promptly answering all our questions both before and during our arrival. Prior to our arrival, the host had the house impeccably prepared, with a welcoming aroma greeting us at the entrance. The entire house was thoughtfully decorated and stocked with plenty of extra towels, linens, and pillows on the beds, ensuring maximum comfort. The bathrooms were beautifully decorated and well-equipped, with soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided—details we truly appreciated. We also utilized the host's storage room, which was exceptionally convenient for organizing fishing rods, tackle boxes, and other outdoor gear. For anyone planning a stay at Matagorda Bay, this house is an absolute must—truly a 10,000 times better experience than expected. It was an unforgettable and delightful home away from home.

We had 7 ladies from the Rod and Gun Club and our sig is called the "REEL LADIES". We loved the clean and excellent layout of all of the rooms. Especially the kitchen!Our hosts, even provided us with Mimosas when we first arrived and we had prepared a "bring along" dinner for our first night. The only thing that could be improved on is to provide the kitchen with a set of kitchen sissors.

We had an amazing experience at the C Palace. Home was clean, organized and hosts were very responsive. The hosts went above and beyond to stock the house with potential needs from kitchen supplies/snacks to bathroom necessities. We will be rebooking!!
