Short stay in Matera

Upon my arrival I had to climb 29 steps to the second floor where there were three doors (one to the hotel which only had 4 rooms), one to a business and the other a residence. The hotel provided vouchers for daily croissant and coffee at the downstairs cafe or a cafe down the street. There are three spacious rooms on second floor and a suite on third floor which had a sitting area and then you climb more stairs to the bedroom and your own private patio. When I saw pictures online I thought the patio was available to anyone staying at the hotel but this was not the case. Also, the you lady who greeted you on day one was very friendly and informative although was not there all the time so we would need to call her if we had any questions. The location was perfect and close to the center of town. Overall I had a pleasant stay...

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo..cortesia titolare

Il B&B ha sicuramente un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e come posizione è ottima in quanto all'inizio della zona pedonale in coincidenza con l'inizio dei Sassi. Inoltre ha 50mt c'è un parcheggio coperto per lasciare l'auto senza dover faticare a cercare un posto libero. Comunque ci sono molti parcheggi nei dintorni e anche sotto l'albergo. Unico piccolo neo che consiglio ai titolari della struttura di aggiungere è la mancanza di un frigobar (ne basterebbe uno piccolino) nella camera!

Nel cuore di Matera

Un Antico palazzo ristrutturato in modo funzionale e rispettoso del passato. Camera ampia e luminosa, pulita, gradevole. L accoglienza è stata attenta e professionale. Ottima la posizione a pochi metri dallo splendido palazzo Lanfranchi.

Perfekt, nur leider laut!

Alles perfekt, wunderhübsch, gepflegt, super Service, tolle Lage, ABER mir war nicht klar dass Natera so ein reges Tages- und Nachtleben hat. Trotz geschlossener Fenster bis 4.00 früh auch unter der Woche fröhlich lärmende Stimmen, Mopeds,Autos. Eben mittendrin in einer lebendigen italienischen Stadt. Wer nicht so lärmempfindlich ist wie ich und meine Kolleginnen dem kann ich es sehr empfehlen.

Una residenza piacevole

La camera era veramente bella. Dalla e foto non si evinceva che non si tratta di un hotel bensì di un ottimo affittacamere. Il bagno è veramente spettacolare. La posizione strategica. Il personale disponibile. La camera pulita e in ordine. Note dolenti: la colazione in piedi al bar, la lunga scalinata con i bagagli.
