Classicism and modernity are in perfect harmony with each other and guarantee the best possible treatment in a strategic point of the city. It is 8 minutes away on foot from Piazza Vittorio Veneto and 4 minutes from the entrance to the famous Sassi of Matera. It is 1 km from the MUSMA museum, 1.3 km from the Tramontano castle and 950m from the Duomo.
The ancient roots of the house are surrounded by a modern area and served with every need: supermarket next to it, parking, bakery, tobacconist, bars, pizzerias, various clothing stores and much more.
