The Inn’s service is top notch. They upgraded my room and my pup and I settled into a corner room with a king bed and water view. Dinner at the Inn was delicious and service was fast and efficient with the server providing excellent recommendations.

A classic Costal Maine cottage. Very simple, comfortable beds, beautiful view. Only there one night, but would definitely book it again.

We had a wonderful, restful 5 days. I especially enjoyed watching the tides. We kayaked and rode our bikes almost 100 miles over three days in three areas. Lots of lobster, a puzzle, books and campfires. Just what we like: an active but relaxing vacation.

The inn is a unique place, in a pleasant way. The owners are wonderful at making you feel at home in their establishment. It's homey with its small, clean rooms. Our room had a private bathroom and a beautiful view. The breakfast was delicious, everything is made from scratch, the ingredients are obviously fresh and locally sourced (I had forgotten what real eggs taste like). The dinner at the restaurant below was also memorable. We highly recommend this place.

We’ve stayed a couple of times, and love it. It’s close to family, and mid-coast attractions. We’ll be back for sure!!

Absolutely stunning location on a magical island. The views are the vacation-- you can just sit and watch the sky and sea change from the house and deck all day. The sandy beach is a literal hop step and jump away (bring courage for the water temps!) Preparation is definitely needed to make the most of your vacation-- for anyone reading this, note a few things 1) just because you have a plane or boat booked doesn't mean you'll actually get to the island when you intend to. Have a back up plan and understand you might get to the island a day or two later than planned 2) the lobstermen need 1-2 days notice if you want lobster delivered- it's tricky to call for same delivery as most of them don't have cell phones 3) definitely pack everything you need and think you might desire. We completely forgot cocktail fixings for example-- there's no way on island to remedy that. 4) WiFi isn't strong enough for streaming so either download things beforehand or forgo screen entertainment 5) definitely plan on bringing water or fetching it while on island from the school-- the water isn't palatable to drink. 6) really lovely hiking! Bring sturdy shoes as rocks are slippery-- but don't miss on-island hikes; we loved West Point, especially. We absolutely hope to return soon!
