The closest hotel to historical main Dogo Onsen house. The staffs were very kind and friendly and serve modest hospitality. You can feel comfortable time here.

I accidentally left some items in the hotel and Risa san was extremely helpful and efficiently in delivering my items to my Tokyo address the next day. Super impressed with the professionalism and helpfulness!

Very good breakfast. Excellent location for Matsuyama Castle and shopping. Walkable to Dogo Onsen. Friendly, welcoming staff.

Everything is wonderful except Only one thing, a space small for enjoying breakfast buffet.

Hotel was nice. View of sunrise over the castle and city was pretty. The laundry room was very good. The room was quite hot and it was difficult to bring the temperature down. The restaurant attached to it shut an hour early which was an annoying.
