Spend a magical holiday in this new, modern house on a hill above the Opatija Riviera.
The house is spacious, quietly located, spread over 3 floors and offers a breathtaking view of the blue sea and the entire Kvarner Bay and the islands of Krk and Cres. All bedrooms have sea view. In the yard there is a mini playground for children with a slide and swing, a large pool and a covered terrace with barbecue and fireplace and a place for barbecue. In the basement of the house there is an entertainment area with a table tennis table and tables and chairs for socialising with the whole company.
Enjoy the luxury, and if you want the hustle and bustle and fun, head to nearby Opatija and Rijeka. Nearby is the Uka Nature Park with trails for mountain biking, hiking and walking, and there is a hang-gliding site nearby. The nearest town is Opatija, which is known for its waterfront and was once a renowned spa town of the Danube monarchy. Stroll along the Franz Joseph Promenade or go for a walk in Margarita Park. Experience the Villa Angiolina, the beautiful churches and the old historic-style hotels, such as the Kvarner Hotel, the oldest and most traditional in Opatija.
