Located between Saint Emilion and Sauternes, in a pleasant and peaceful setting, a cocoon of privacy nestled close to the forest. We welcome you to the Le Clos d'Avalon cottage, housed in an old building that has been fully restored with great passion for a wonderful stay. While adjoining the property, the cottage retains all its privacy. The accommodation features an enclosed garden, a beautiful partially covered terrace with garden furniture and a dining area equipped with an electric grill, overlooking a pretty lake, facing the forest crossed by the Sainte Catherine stream, which flows into the Mauriac pond located 500 meters away. Our cottage features a beautiful living room with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, Tassimo coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, microwave, and hob), a dining and living area with a wood-burning stove and television, two bedrooms (one queen-size bed and two single beds), one with direct access to the garden, a small reading room, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. The entire cottage is spread over different levels. You also have access to a washing machine, an ironing board and iron, and a hairdryer. The cottage is equipped with electric heating. Bed linens are provided. Towel rental and end-of-stay cleaning are available (fees apply). The accommodation is adjoining another cottage. High-speed fiber optic internet connection is available.
