The room was in excellent condition; however, the restaurant experience was average. The waitress was not attentive, and we waited too long for our meals. The table was missing the required utensils, and the holder containing items for coffee and tea was not available.
I am not sure why, but it was frustrating to have to search for cream and sugar. Coffee and tea should be offered by the waitress/waiter at your table when seated, as I am accustomed to at the all-inclusive resorts on the North Coast.
Overall, I would rate the hotel’s service between good and average. I recommend implementing quarterly training and development sessions, especially for the restaurant staff.
For me, the experience deserves three stars.
