This holiday home is situated in an idyllic spot in Mayrhofen. It is sunny, located on the edge of the forest, next to an old orchard, offering plenty of peace and space, with surrounding views of the mountains. For entertainment, it is only a 10-minute walk to the lively center with shops, bars, and restaurants.



The home is furnished in a vintage/retro style, making you feel quickly at home. It combines the charm of the past with the comfort of today. The home features a garden, terrace, and balcony, a living room with TV and WiFi, 2 bedrooms suitable for a total of 6 people, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, kettle, and coffee maker. Additionally, there is a separate laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities. A baby bed and high chair are available on request free of charge. The accommodation is located in a building with two rental units. These units share a large shared garden. Otherwise, the two rental units are completely separate from each other.



In the immediate vicinity, there is plenty to do, including beautiful hiking, cycling, and mountain biking routes along the river or into the mountains, paragliding, canyoning, a swimming pool a 15-minute walk away, a tennis court, playground, etc. In short, an excellent choice for relaxation and activity.



A reserved parking space is available 700 meters from the holiday home, and an additional parking space is available 7 minutes away by car if needed. Loading and unloading can be done at the house.



It is also possible to store your bicycle indoors in a secured area (a small step down), and there is a garden hose available for cleaning your bicycle.
